Nala von Surselva is a beautiful 4 year-old German Shepherd with a true gentle soul and affectionate nature. Nala arrived at the rescue with Sky; in an ideal world they would find a home together, otherwise she does find comfort with dogs and asks for another nice dog in the home. This mild sweetie thrives on quiet affection, content to relax by your side.  She is the epitome of calm as she exits the kennels and shows excellent loose-leash manners by staying right at your side on walks, just enjoying being out. She does very well meeting dogs and is a gentle and tolerant greeter in playgroups, occasionally playing with Sky or another dog, and she can be on the submissive side as well. She's also tested well with cats. Highly treat-motivated, she is gentle taking rewards and knows her "sit" command. According to her prior owner, Nala enjoys playing with toys and listening to music, and is especially fond of peanut butter and watermelon.
